WiggleWool currently ships all orders within Pakistan only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 3–7 business days depending on your location. A flat shipping fee applies at checkout, and free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount during promotions. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS or email. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or weather conditions.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or during special promotions are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Return & Exchange Duration and Eligibility

Our return and exchange period is 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To qualify, you must ship the item back to us within this timeframe. For example, if you contact us on day 14 but send the package back on day 18, your return or exchange request will no longer be valid. If a chargeback is initiated in such cases, we will provide this policy to your bank as proof that the terms were clearly communicated.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be in their original condition, with tags intact and packaging undamaged.
Products showing signs of use, or damage will not be accepted.
Returns and exchanges are only processed after our team inspects and approves the returned items.

Return Shipping

At this time, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid shipping labels within Pakistan.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within the 14-day return window. After receiving and approving the returned item, we will ship your replacement.
